No matter who plays guitar amplifiers these days, they always have a problem with volume. The Roc95 is the world first hand wired tube amp with NOS EL95 power tubes. These tubes sound like EL84's but with only 7 watts of output power. This means that the distortion is achieved at a much lower volume without the dynamics being affected by attenuators or certain master volume controls. The 7 watts are suitable for the stage at all times. To reduce the output power to just 2.5 watts, the output tubes can be switched to triode mode.
In addition, a special master volume control offers the option of continuously adjusting the volume, making the amp suitable for bedrooms while retaining its full and rich tone. Whether for home use or up to medium-sized stages, the Roc 95 is unique in terms of sound and dynamics. The design was inspired by its bigger brother, the Rocket/AC 30.
